General Terms of Use of the Business Exchange Portal

By using the Business Exchange Portal, the user declares to be familiar with the General Terms of Use and undertakes to use the portal as defined in these Terms.

Copyright

Business exchange Ltd is the publisher of the portal named Business Exchange as well as holder of all copyright and other related rights in respect of the portal's name and content. Business exchange Ltd prohibits any copying or transfer of the Business Exchange portal's content without prior consent of the right holder of copyright or any other related right.

The Business Exchange Portal consists of its own content, content transferred from other public sources, as well as content which the users of the portal publish in accordance with these Terms. The users and authors who publish their content on the Business Exchange Portal allow and transfer to the publisher of the portal an unlimited right of use, distribution and further processing of such content, unless otherwise agreed with an individual author of the content and right holder of copyright or any other related rights.

Unauthorized use of any part of the Business Exchange Portal, without the consent of the publisher or any other holder of copyright or any other related right, is not permitted and shall be deemed as infringement of copyright or any other related right and subject to penal ad material sanctions.

Use Policy

The user of the Business Exchange Portal (hereinafter: portal) may access the portal by using his or her username and passport which will be assigned by the publisher at user's request upon registration. The username and passport shall be granted to a limited time, with or without compensation, in accordance with the decisions of the portal’s publisher.

By submitting the request for registration, the user expressly agrees to be familiar with these Terms and the Privacy Policy, which form an integral part hereof, and to fully accept both these Terms and the Privacy Policy. By registering the user acquires the right to use the portal and expressly undertakes that he or she shall not disclose his or her username and passport to third parties, nor use them in any way which is contrary to these Terms and any other decision of the portal’s publisher.

By disclosing his or her username and passport to third parties, the user accepts the responsibility for any damage that may be caused to the publisher or third parties, as well as the obligation to pay compensation in respect of such damage. In case the user discloses his/her username and passport to third parties, or otherwise violates these Terms of Use, the portal’s publisher may, without prior notification, deny the access to the portal.
The user is liable for those changes he or she individually makes to the database at registration, as well as for any damage that may result from negligence or unprofessional use of the portal.

Content and Services 

Users use all the content of the portal at their sole risk and the publisher may not be held liable for any damage whatsoever resulting from the use of the portal.

Considering that the data published on the portal are collected from different sources (public sources, data submitted by users and similar), these data may not at all times be fully complete or wholly reflect the situation at present. Therefore, data published on the portal have the sole purpose of providing information and, before such data are used, their authenticity should be verified at the competent institutions in charge of managing the respective registers (commercial courts, departments of economy etc.) 

The publisher of the portal is not liable for the accuracy of data taken from third parties or published by the user, but he will try to correct them within the shortest time possible and reserves the right to change and cancel such data, without prior notice. 

The publisher of the portal reserves the right to change or abolish any content or service on the portal without prior notice. 

Rules of Conduct

By registering with the portal, users shall accept the following rules of conduct:

• publishing, sending, and exchange of any content that breaches the rules and regulation in force and content that may be deemed offensive, vulgar, threatening, racist or chauvinistic is prohibited 
• publishing, sending, and exchange of any information that the user knows or believes to be false, and the use of which might cause damage to other users is prohibited,
• false presentation, that is, presentation under the name of another physical or legal person is prohibited 
• conscious publishing, sending, and exchange of any content that contain viruses or similar computer files or programs designed to destroy or limit the functioning of any computer software, hardware or telecommunication equipment, is prohibited
• gathering, keeping, and publishing of personal data of other visitors and users of the portal, without prior approval of the publisher of the portal, is prohibited.

The publisher reserves the right to exclude the user who violates these rules of conduct, and reserves the right to remove any content which is contrary to these rules without prior notice.

The publisher of the portal shall report without delay to the competent authorities the persons who, by violating these rules, have also violated some of the valid rules and regulations of the Republic of Croatia and other countries, and shall reserve the right to request from all the persons who are in breach of the laws to indemnify the publisher of all damages arising thereof.

General Provisions

These Terms shall apply to all products and services of the company Business exchange Ltd and the affiliated companies thereto. 

The publisher of the portal is authorized to change these Terms at any time. The publisher undertakes to save the previous versions of these Terms and deliver them to the user at his or her request.
